If its on your equity does that mean it will be secured on your house? Could you not go to the bank, is your credit rating good? I would check out your credit file. If you register with quidco and go through them to register with Experian you will get £5 with Quidco and a free 30 day trial don't forget to cancel before the 30 days are up though.

    Hi there,

If you get your credit report from experian, it will give you an idea of your credit score - this will then give you an idea on what companies will give you a better deal.

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck for your wedding!

If you have only just moved, it could be because you are not on the electoral roll. Have a word with your local district council to find out and to get yourself added.

Also, consolidation is not generally the way forward, have a look at southernscouser's sticky for newcomers at the top of these threads and put together an SOA. Post it on here and the great and the good of the DFW community will see if we can find other ways of making your budget a little easier to deal with the loan and credit card payments.
