First payment question

Hi hopefully someone can help. I exchanged contracts today but the completion date isn't until the 28th will my first months payment charge me interest from the 21st or from the 28th? I'm with Nationwide if that makes a difference.

Thanks

You will be charged interest from the point at which the mortgage funds are drawn from Nationwide. This will either be the date of completion or possibly a day or two before depending on what your solicitor deems is prudent.
