If you go onto the tesco website on the right hand bottom corner is a magnifying glass with store locator. This gives all the stores in your area and whether they have a pharmacy. I think the nearest to you is Litchfield if that is near but that's me driving up to Leeds. ( I remember stopping there!!)

I'm kinda new to this, are these free or do you have to buy something? Also are they only at pharmacys or are they in the other stores too?

they are only at the pharmacy.
and some stores make you buy something some don't it depends on who serves you. our store are only meant to give them if you buy a product relating to the bag. (but sometimes i'm generous and give them even if you don't)

I've just picked up 3 of these this evening. I never have any problem. They're not the ones you describe though heather 38. Inside were Uncle Bens microwave rice, Deep heat patch and an elastoplast plaster and a packet of Food Doctor seeds. Along with leaflets
I was looking forward to the eye drops as could do with some of these to try.
Ah well they're free and the rice will come in handy so can't complain. To be honest if you hadn't reminded me I probably would have forgot about them. So it's a bonus really :D

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
