Overpay Mortgage or Pay off Credit Cards??

Options
I'm new so sorry if this is in the wrong place... but i'm looking for a little advice on the best way to tackle mine and my partners huge debts:

£205K mortgage
£28K student loans
£3K credit cards (0% tarts)
£2.5K overdraft (paying interest only on about £500 of it)

Our house is due to be revalued and I think it should be worth between £20k and £50k more than we paid for it... should we take out extra money on our mortgage to repay other debts??

Also - if we are ever in the position to put a few pounds extra towards any of our debts... which should we pay of fastest - credit cards, overdraft or mortgage?

Any advice gladly taken thank you!

I wouldn't suggest you change unsecured debts (credit cards, student loans) for secured debt (mortgage).

If you have any spare cash you should throw it at the debt with the highest interest rate. If you are not paying interest you would probably do well to pay the minimum and then save the extra in a high interest account and then pay it off once you reach the end of the 0% term.
