First mortgage installment

My lender is Nationwide. Am wondering when does the first instalment will go? Will it go on move in date? We are moving on June 28th?
Thanks in advance.

Approximately two weeks after completion and it will be a full months payment, plus interest for the last couple of days of June.

They will write to you and confirm this just after completion.

    Thanks,

One more query -: As my moving date is 28th June 2013, so the interest will be for 3 days(Including moving date) or just remaining 2 days of June Month?

    Probably neither.

It will be from the day the solicitor obtains the mortgage funds from Nationwide.

That may be a day earlier to ensure he is able to sort out any completion day money problems the day before.
