1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open only to UK & Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish for their chance to win cinema tickets & Maynards Sour Patch Kids Soda Popz.

4. To get the chance to win cinema tickets and Maynards Sour Patch Kids Soda Popz, entrants must go through to the Maynards Sour Patch Kids Soda Popz app on the Maynards Sour Patch Kids Facebook page to play the game.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or to remove from the websites displaying materials from entries any materials in any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, at any time either not to comply with the terms as set out herein. If any element of an entry breaches these terms, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry, regardless of the stage the entrant has reached in the competition.

By submitting entries and by agreeing to take part in the competition, entrants hereby grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, broadcast and perform any elements of the entries.

9. The prizes – there are 180 Maynards Sour Patch Kids Soda Popz 160g packs and 144 standard complementary Vue cinema tickets [expire 30th December 2013] to win during the lifetime of the competition.
10. The competition begins on 14th June 2013 and closes at midnight 19th July 2013 (the 'Closing Date').
11. Winners are selected at random. There will be seven winners each day – five winners will receive packs of Maynards Sour Patch Kids Soda Popz 160g packs and two winners will receive a pair of complementary Vue cinema tickets.
12. Winner will be notified of their win instantly and be prompted to enter their postal address so prizes can be mailed out to them. Promoter does not take responsibility if winners input incorrect postal addresses to the form.
