Exactly and thanks, I posted this as with just over £5 worth if coupons in each box I thought it was worth posting.

Reminds me of the time when an oldish woman in front of me at the checkout was buying some of these kind of kits. She asked the checkout person if you are meant to keep them in the fridge or freezer. She thought they contained everything including the meat.
