Not sure if this is truly old style but can't find another board for it.
I just want to ask for suggestions- I have a recipe file (the type that stand up on their own) and I think it's great! I want to get one for my dad who's 66 as he does most of the cooking and put recipes in it for him but they're all sooooooooo girly! Cupcakes galore. Even too much for me really. I just want something classic. It's as though they assume men don't cook and if they do then using a recipe file is not something anyone other than Kirstie Allsopp types would use.
Anyway, does anyone know where I can find a simple recipe file- one specifically that stands vertically is all I need.

(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...:D:D

I have a homemade recipe file which is made out of an old two ring ring binder which I stick the clear polypockets into and then slot favourite recipes from magazines into the pockets.0
