Interest Rates and "The Curve"

Hi,

When the future course of interest rates is discussed on MSE I've noticed that some wise souls keep referring to "the curve" which seems to offer some indication of where rates are heading.

What is this curve, where can I find it and how do I use it to gain some idea of where interest rates are going?
