Are all thier products refurbished?
ive ordered off their site the other day under the illusion that it would be brand new, however someone said to me about refurbished models. And also how will I know wether my ipod is 3rd generation or 4th generation?

The refurbished store is only open on Wednesdays and completely seperate from the main store.
Unless you particularly navigated to the refurbished section on the right day it sounds like you've been on the main store.0
