You can show them the code on your phone - they only use the code they don't take down your name.

I picked mine up today, the girl in the shop was really nice but she didn't take the voucher (or the code) and she didn't mention the card either.

Thanks OP :T - got mine today. I was offered the card with £5 purchase, but no mention of any other freebie, and the SA did take my (printed) voucher. Only 3 "flavours" left in my local - Pomegranate, Toffee & Plum.

Got mine today, was offered the £5 offer but declined. Was asked to give 10p for their charity as she said were doubling it if people did.
