Lol sazzie @ the almond butter :) weight loss it sadly is not. Stomach issues+long hospital appt systems=trying to figure out ourselves and all point to gluten/dairy issues so tryin lots of hm gf/df cooking. The almond butter believe it or not will go into icecream of a gf/df fruit fashion. Onwards we plod :(

Oops sorry, now I understand, I had to go df for a while too:mad: but in recent years the skin problems it causes me have lessened, though if I overdo it can relapse a bit:o
Prefer soya milk in tea now but there are many more choices these days, however I do recall it took me ages to work out there was added milk in sliced turkey, that was very annoying but it taught me I had to read the labels - all of them, but at least in those days I didn't need my glasses to do the shopping :rotfl:

    Enjoy the ice cream

    Morning

A day off for me today but up early as I have some jobs I need to do at home. This afternoon I want to do some cooking for the week.

Yesterday was a NSD and today will be one so will bring me up to 7, half way to my target.

Have a good day. Looks like it will be another hot one today here.
