I have written twice to the Woolwich using the letter template to reclaim mortgage exit fees but they have totally ignored both letters, is there anything else I can do? We were already with the Woolwich then we changed to a full repayment mortgage with them from an interest only because our endowment policy won't pay out enough to pay off our mortgage, they charged us over £300 in fees to change it, this is what I am trying to reclaim.

Any help would be gratefully received.
