Repayment Charge?

Just looking at the key facts sheet for the mortgage we recieved for our Chelsea remortgage. We are going for the three years fixed, with no fees.

On the key facts sheet, it mentions a "repayment fee" of £175. Would this be payable if we remortgaged at the end of the three years with another lender?

Yes it would, and it is non reclaimable as you would be signing in agreement to this fee should you go ahead with the mortgage.

Thats just a standard fee they charge to redeem your mortgage :)

They have to pay the wages somehow ;)
