Britannia BS - Consent to Let

I'm on a 5 year fix @ 2.79% mortgage with Britannia and my wife has just been offered a new job in another town so I was thinking of letting our flat in London - approx. value £300,000 with £60,000 left on mortgage - does anyone know if Britannia are currently giving Consent to Let and if yes what the charge / % increase might be?

i used to work for co-op, off memory i think they load it by 0.75% or 1% and charge an admin fee - nothing extortionate though. But it is consent to let, they do not always grant it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
