just did this. no mention of any cost. first time filled form out and hit submit didn't look like anything registered as form just appeared back up blank, filled details again and message came up saying i have already requested samples

I submitted the form and like the above it went blank. However a few minutes later I received an email saying my samples would be on their way soon.
