Will Homebase Pricematch Argos??

Seen a hot tub I want to buy on argos for £297 but it's out of stock. Homebase have it for £349 so hoping they'll match the price argos have it at?

Will they price match as they are both part of the same group?

I doubt it as the £297 is probably a clearance price and any price matches I've come across also state the item must be in stock.

Homebase is the same company as Argos! Have a look and compare the things they both have in stock.

Last time I got Homebase to pricematch B&Q the chap I asked actually phoned B&Q to check the price, but I can't recall him asking if they had the item in stock.

Homebase isn't the same company as Argos, but they are both subsidiaries of the Home Retail Group so do as you say cover a lot of the same stock. In terms of price matching according to their policy they should:
