Post office savings account

Many moons ago when I was at primary school. In fact over 30years ago
I had a post office savings account that I used to pay into each week at school
I believe it was then taken over by the TSB
Obviously I haven't payed into it for years. But wondered if it was still out there somewhere
It probably had no more than £5-£6 in it, but its had a few years of interest
Is there a way I can find it
Thanks
