The last person left owing a debt
I have had letters over 12 months asking to pay the debt,i have wrote 3 times to say they have moved
They are still on the voting list as still living here though
It stoped for about 6 month and now they a calling by phone
Can i quote any reference to them ,legal etc to shut them up
Also how did they get my tel no as im listed in my name
