Are there any 100% or 95% mortgages?

Unfortunately we had to get off the housing ladder a few years ago due to redundancy and are now keen to get back on. We don't have a deposit although there is a possibility of family support, although we would rather not go down that route if possible. We are in our early 40's and both working in secure jobs. An opportunity to buy a house privately has come up which with some work would increase in value as we live in a sought after area. Any ideas would be greatly received.

100% only if friends or relatives put up their savings or property as additional security.
95% odd one or two products around, but you will need an unblemished credit history, solid employment and residence record and have excellent bank current account conduct for the last six to twelve months.I am a mortgage broker.
