Historic Council Tax Rates

Hi All

Does anyone know where I can find CTax rates back to 2003?

Specifically I need them for LB Harrow please.

There's a spreadsheet of all historical CT charges here:

This gives the Band D charge for each authority.

From that, Harrow:

2004-05 1,034
2005-06 1,041
2006-07 1,067
2007-08 1,120
2008-09 1,153
2009-10 1,187
2010-11 1,187
2011-12 1,187
2012-13 1,187
2013-14 1,210

Charges for the other Bands are a ratio of that:
A 6/9
B 7/9
C 8/9
D 9/9
E 11/9
F 13/9
G 15/9
H 18/9

The authority should still be able to give you the charges if you ask them.
