Finally got a final reply letter from Npower informing me that they are working very hard to resolve my complaint and have now given me the green light to proceed to the Independent Ombudsman services. Months have now passed and letters, emails and telephone calls have been exchanged but they are strangely silent on the one simple question I keep putting to them. What exactly is the problem within this company that prevents me from receiving a Gas bill.?

Going off your previous post, its not that they don't want to but their systems cant without the asset details / flows from the meter operator are not been received.
The ombudsman, can only ask for a bill but if there system wont allow not much they can do until fixedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
