What does directorate mean on a medical form

My girlfriend has just started a new job and she has been given a medical form to fill in but she is stuck on these there questions.
Post Guess this is the job type.
Directorate. Haven't got a clue what this means.
Location. Guess this is where she is working.

Directorate=Department0 -
Directorate may be a group of departments - large enough to have a director as opposed to managers. It probably says on the job details she had when she applied.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
