    ok talked to them again. they failed to action the meter change.

    i have asked them to remove the total heat control meter at the same time. was that wise

    they keep hinting that the will charge for the estimated power. poor woman was struggling to understand why im worried. they are still using our pre turbine usage to calculate our usage and bill. if they are going to try and claim 7 months at 240 per month im going to less than happy. they owed me 305 quid in credit but would only pay back 180.

    seems unfair that they and the installer messed up and after i find the fault i may suffer. i suppose im just moaning.

    Any company asking this question so simplistically hasn't got a leg to stand on IMHO. If your property was consuming more than it was generating at the moment you went to check the meter, then it couldn't be running backwards even if capable.

    coming tomorrow to replace the meters odd they can be quick when they are losing money. but not possible for the last 5 years.
