Do you have an existing mortgage on the property ?
How much equity do you have in the property ?
If you want to buy a second property are you planning on renting it out ?
Income, debts, age, job, plans etc need to be considered
So either give more details or speak to a whole of market mortgage broker

    No it isnt possible.

Why were you looking to do this?

Do you have a deposit for the new purchase?

No you can only have 1 residential (1st charge) mge on 1 property at a time.

Your mge application for you new pch will be on the new property.

Which house do you intend to live in ?

Do you intend to let one of the properties, if so which one (new one or current one) ?

Bit more meat on the bones will ensure we give appropriate comments and guidance.

    Hope this helps
