Car Tax

Hi guys

I pay, and have done for some time, car tax for a fully exspensed BMW 318 Coupe. It costs me around £37 a week, including the fuel cost – which is great…
My employer has offered to buy me a second hand BMW M3, which is fantastic, only my tax will rise from £37 to nearer £97 per week. This is due to the emissions and value of the car when new.
Is there any way of avoiding this tax guys ?? My employer is pretty flexible……..
Has anyone ever known about personal leasing….i.e. I simply pay my employer a fixed fee every week to enable me to drive one of his cars….i.e. the M3 !!

Thanks for any and all help !!

Regards
Brian
