(Though it normally ends up like scrambled as sticks to the pan:eek: I normally dry fry eggs in a preheated fry pan and they don't stick too much.)

Good idea ff - sounds delicious! May get takeaway next week, particularly if the heat continues ....... I always seem to have more of an appetite if the food is ready cooked and delivered!!!! xx
