    Not bad my little cherub.

I'm struggling with the dieting and my calories are probably about 1000 on that day, but it's better than nothing eh?

Wow. Go you. Hope you didn't end up spending too much money on all your brand new goodies. :p

It's got you thinking about your diet and that's the important thing. You'll be back on it when you're ready :D

Don't be silly! There's no point spending too much money on stuff I'm not likely to wear for very long!

It was MSE and the only thing I got that wasn't in a sale was a pair of animal flip flops, and I paid for them with a gift card

sorry i havent been about much lately but things havent been good with not being able to drive due to the ban from my fit in january. well today i was legally able to drive again with my new licence. but yesterday it happened again i had another epileptic fit (convulsions, bitten tounge, wet myself, aching allover)plus ive had my head superglued together because when i was unconcious i banged it badly.....the good news is luckily i was only walking my dog and not driving...so now the hospital tell me ive got to stop driving for another year and to go back and see nuerologist again...

ive decided im going to sell my car as its just sitting in garrage doing nothing for the last 6 months another year wont do it any good..the batterys already flat

when i was found collapsed in the street my dog was sat by my side licking the blood of my head trying to wake me up. he is so sweet.apparantly i had hold of his lead so tight that the ambulance driver had to cut his lead in half.

luckily i was only 100 yards from home and as i was late back(sorry but i was unconcious)the wife come looking for me and when she come out of the house, she could see 3 (yes 3) ambulances and automatically new they would be for me.

ooohh well theres always someone worse of than yourself i should think myself lucky im still alive and well and home again.

my dog was so pleased to see me when i got home from hospital.

So sorry to hear this, I hope they get to the bottom of what is causing it so that you can move forward without the worry of it happening again.

How lovely that your dog looked after you, xxxx

@ S rustler chicken sub 2 for £3, the moc took of £2.25.

    2 kopparberg 12x330 @ £12.69 each.

    2 for £15 @ T so a £10 bm back.

I'd used an expiring £5 bm to pay with.

    Till spits include a £4 off £40,

7p off fuel when spending £15 on laundry products,

75 necci points when spending £2 on S own lollie or ice cream,

and my fav, 1250 necie points when spending £50 on booze.

I'm thinking use the 4 off 40 with the 10 bm so pay £36 for £50, and with a bit of research another £10 bm back :)

When does the double points start ?

Hi FQ, hope all is well with you.

Is the above a national promo or a till spit? TIA
