Finally got an email from them today to apologise and offer me coupons as compensation :j well worth complaining about sub standard products.
It's not as good as waitrose though. I complained about their flimsy yogurt lids last year and got a £25 gift voucher for my trouble:rotfl:
Phew, it's hot here, the sun is definitely out

What a beautiful day..we've been in the garden weeding and turning the strawberries into the sun shine.
I've also re organised my kitchen cupboards to make way for my growing collection of stuff:j
The other day when people were talking about mice visiting...have you tried those plug ins that send out some sort of high frequency sound that makes them stay away? I looked into getting one a couple of years ago but was unsure as to how it would affect our cat..she was no good with mice..she wanted them to play:)
Now she's no longer with us :A I was thinking of getting one to plug in near the back door..not that we have a problem..but you never know:eek:
I'm deciding on wether to venture out to Ts this afternoon.....whilst little man has a nap..
FC hope your son has a good day today,
Have a lovely afternoon hope the sun is shining where you are

Hi, yes we have a house up in the hills in Wales, and have a lot of woodlands and fields around us, so we have various different mouse trapping units around, as we tend to get a lot as the house is not permanently lived in. We have tried these, not that good to be honest, they are supposed to send vibrating signals through the walls to keep them away, but we still get the little creatures, so have just got lots of mice traps in every room.0 -

companies seem to give more for a complaint than for praise...I once bought a grab bag of Doritos and in the bottom was a ball of mixture:eek: I sent it to them in a box and got over £5 worth of vouchers for walkers.
On the other hand I emailed weetabix a while ago to say I thought the wax paper packets inside were much better than the plastic film they had used previously and got an email thanking me for taking the time to contact them and they hoped I continued to enjoy there products:D
Worth a try I suppose:rotfl:0 -

I'd love to know what my neighbours are arguing about when they start
They either argue in sign language or make noises like barking or guinea pigs so I've got no idea :eek:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
