sorry i havent been about much lately but things havent been good with not being able to drive due to the ban from my fit in january. well today i was legally able to drive again with my new licence. but yesterday it happened again i had another epileptic fit (convulsions, bitten tounge, wet myself, aching allover)plus ive had my head superglued together because when i was unconcious i banged it badly.....the good news is luckily i was only walking my dog and not driving...so now the hospital tell me ive got to stop driving for another year and to go back and see nuerologist again...

ive decided im going to sell my car as its just sitting in garrage doing nothing for the last 6 months another year wont do it any good..the batterys already flat

when i was found collapsed in the street my dog was sat by my side licking the blood of my head trying to wake me up. he is so sweet.apparantly i had hold of his lead so tight that the ambulance driver had to cut his lead in half.

luckily i was only 100 yards from home and as i was late back(sorry but i was unconcious)the wife come looking for me and when she come out of the house, she could see 3 (yes 3) ambulances and automatically new they would be for me.

ooohh well theres always someone worse of than yourself i should think myself lucky im still alive and well and home again.

my dog was so pleased to see me when i got home from hospital.

What a wonderful wee dog you have. I'm sorry you seized again. Especially that close to your licence . I know the feeling of waking up thinking oh no not again.

I'm glad that you are safe though and clearly well looked out for. It knocks your confidence but you just have to get back up again.

I hope they can help you out with meds or something.

Thinking of you and I have over the months xxxx

Oh MARKZ123 sorry to hear about this :(

I guess it probably doesn't feel like a positive but as you say at least you were so close to home and weren't driving when it happened, your dog sounds so sweet looking after you like that.

One of my best friends has epilepsy (has had it since a teen) and is able to manage it with the right regime that works for her, it can be trial and error but you should be able to get the right medication to find what works for you to keep it under control.

    Take care xx

    Morning

    I am half a stone lighter than I was 3 weeks ago :j :j

Fab! :D Well done you :T

I haven't fasted this week, but I have continued with the gym though, so I'm hoping the few pounds I've lost won't be back on!
Too much going on to contemplate fasting at the moment, but I do hope to get back to it in a few weeks.
