    Confession time

    Today's not been such a good fasting day. I'm 200 cals over :o

    Nor me - had hot chocolate at Antiques Roadshow plus hog roast bap & coconut cake :o:o

    and then we've just been taken out for a curry & I had a delicious korma & peswari nan :D

    But inbetween I went to Drs for Blood Pressure check & asked Nurse to weigh me

    4lbs loss :T

    Someone had the cheek to compare you to Money Doctor last night, how very dare they?;)

    Anyway, yogs are 2p each if you get lucky and 13p each if you don't.

    If you get the full glitch on an APG and the cashback at lunchtime for the strawb corner it can end up at 6p for 10 :D
    Forgot to do a shopping list on the MSM app as some of the Medleys have 5% cashback :( will remember for next time :o

    hi emmap had a look for them tonight never found any:( was thinking the same about xmas pressies :)just seen booboo said found them in clothing section never looked there sorry
