My supper tonight was 200g strawberries 56cals and 100g grapes 66 cals, it was such a huge bowl full I could not even finish it. :eek:

Anyway along with my 5 cups of black tea and couple glasses of water and my chilli potato at 240 cals. I have come in way below 500 cals for my first attempt. :j

Not sure next time will be so easy though. I had prepared by not eating many sweet things last few days and think it has paid off as did not crave any today, and need a sugar rush.

And Scamps I am so pleased they found out what was wrong, and you won't have to go through the investigation tomorrow, though sounds like you started the prep for it and that is not much fun, I had forgotten about that. Anyway take it easy and break yourself gently back into eating, nothing to irritate your stomach lining too soon.

DD1 was not happy I got her to print our Fairy coupons and came home empty handed as they were now scanning £4. I would have still got her some if SEL had still said £2.

She does not understand why I still didn't get them as said £1.50 off is still a good price but I was trying to say that still might not have been the best buy per tablet. And she does have the couple packs I got her earlier today. She has a lot to learn.

Hopefully they might APG tomorrow, I hope those that missed out on the cleaning stuff get chance to get some this way.
