Trying work out best offer, as my stash is seriously low, and my kids don't half use lots.

I have tried the 5:2 thing last week and it was tough the 1st day but stuck with it think I was around about 520 calories each fast day. Lost 2lbs. Have no idea how much I want to lose yet.
So am doing tues / thurs as fast days will c how it goes, as I'm rubbish at sticking to diets. But find the fact I can have something tomorrow makes it easier.

Ok I don't do posh hats, I wear wooly ones to keep my ears warm in the winter and sun hats when I'm camping, do they have the same affect.

Good job our David/Dotty is not here to read that.

I have already had them out. :rotfl:

Really looking forward to it, their DS is having caterers in and has hired marquees for the garden. Think the same caterers as he used for his wedding and that was absolutely fantastic.
