Carpet I am having put down room by room is very hard wearing and guaranteed not to stain even if you drop bleach on it. Especially sold for rental places but looks very nice. With underlay and door bars I paid £150 for bedroom 10f x 12f. Very pleased with it an already got some oil paint on it which came out just with a baby wipe. Perfect carpet if you have animals except i have very pale cream but plenty of other colours.
Will post sample details tomorrow when I find it.
