I've got no chance of getting on the housing ladder here. Incredibly expensive, and for a first timer too, it's very difficult.

Problem is you may be the only occupied property on the street. tempting though innit........cos it is a shame that these lovely wee terraced houses have gone so badly down hill.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

There were T&CS attached. You had to do the houses up to a certain standard and, I think not sell them on within 5 years? But a fantastic opportunity. I missed the busbut I would have seriously looked at this if I'd found it sooner
