Oh I have seen similar houses fir sale in the more run down areas of Liverpool recently. Houses for a £1 I believe?

I drifted into it by accident. It looks like my DS1 will be studying in Liverpool and I was looking at accommodation

There was something like that very recently, in a place that starts with S. Stoke maybe?

I've got no chance of getting on the housing ladder here. Incredibly expensive, and for a first timer too, it's very difficult.

I'd love to have enough £'s to buy a plot of land and build my own house :)

Problem is you may be the only occupied property on the street. tempting though innit........cos it is a shame that these lovely wee terraced houses have gone so badly down hill.

There were T&CS attached. You had to do the houses up to a certain standard and, I think not sell them on within 5 years? But a fantastic opportunity. I missed the bus :( but I would have seriously looked at this if I'd found it sooner

If I remember correctly they started the day on at £1 each or 2 for £4

    I paid £1 per pack. APG said that I'd paid £2.00. So for 4, I paid £4. APG said £8.00 against T's £4.36. APG for £3.64 +10% =£4.00 for yoghurts= free.
