    Re the 5:2 diet. I was thinking about starting this next week as you all are doing so well and had a look at some of the suggestions for meals that were posted here.

    While in Asda today I had a look at the lower fat Super noodles as I'm sure someone mentioned they were having for a meal @ under 200 cals on the diet. I'd like to ask them is half a pack at all filling? The packs are smaller than the normal noodles and I'd eat a whole pack of them:o, but I think I'd like the idea of warming noodles being maybe more filling than cold salads.

    I was wondering the very same thing though. I'd eat a whole packet with 2 slices of bread! :eek: :rotfl:

    Afternoon mad squad,

    Skipped the last dozen pages and no time to catch up but wanted to let you know I bought two packs of Bernard Mathews wafer thin turkey ham 250gram in sada earlier 2 for £3 but compared at £4 v £3 against mrT. Low fat cheap healthy snack for all you 5:2ers.

    I'm going out with mrs99p for a few drinks and meal so laters.

    Sorry can't get on post very often with work and real life :(, but managed to quickly nab computer off daughter to confirm yoghurt and coke still working from a shop at 12.57 today.
