Re the 5:2 diet. I was thinking about starting this next week as you all are doing so well and had a look at some of the suggestions for meals that were posted here.
While in Asda today I had a look at the lower fat Super noodles as I'm sure someone mentioned they were having for a meal @ under 200 cals on the diet. I'd like to ask them is half a pack at all filling? The packs are smaller than the normal noodles and I'd eat a whole pack of them:o, but I think I'd like the idea of warming noodles being maybe more filling than cold salads.
It's only a game

I bought a packet yesterday as well, haven't tried them yet.
I was wondering the very same thing though. I'd eat a whole packet with 2 slices of bread! :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Afternoon mad squad,
Skipped the last dozen pages and no time to catch up but wanted to let you know I bought two packs of Bernard Mathews wafer thin turkey ham 250gram in sada earlier 2 for £3 but compared at £4 v £3 against mrT. Low fat cheap healthy snack for all you 5:2ers.
I'm going out with mrs99p for a few drinks and meal so laters.
HTHI do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0 -
