For that zipline thing I did, they weigh you () and put your weight on the back of your hand so there is no avoiding it. Heaviest known weight was this time last ( though sure I was heavier in the Aug) Today I put the difference between the two figures in a bag and took Bub for his 2 mile walk. !!!! me - what an effort, and so slow! This was much heavier than the 15kg back pack I took to South America!
I'm going to continue taking it with me every time I take the dog on on a walk just so I appreciate how much I have lost and it will also make me fitter and increase stamina
It soon all adds up - so all the 5:2 ers keep going - be grateful that you are no longer lugging around those 2, 4, 6lbs or whatever you have lost :T:TSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I had sent DH and he couldn't find any and no SEL for them in Westie, not sure about Sh0re Rd, but will be at J1 later, although that is a bit of a trek unless you are going that direction anyway.
That OH of yours is very handy - would he sell cans of coke?never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Think I'm going to have to do 2 shops against Tesco.
Just found coffee Kenco Really smooth Eco refill 275gm £5.50 Asda against £4.00 Tesco - works out at £1.31 per 100gms! BARGAIN!
Only drink Douwe or Kenco instant although we drink loads of 'proper' coffee too. Not seen at this price for years.0 -
