  • Do those Bombay potatoes still work against Tescos?
I know the new potatoes should work £1.00 against 39p.
Any other good ones I've forgotten about?

    Note to self.
I MUST NOT pick up things that are a bargain in an APG shop.
I must check labels properly and buy at least 8 items.
OMG I am SO rusty at this

    Good morning, all.

188 pages to catch up on. That simply isn't going to happen.

I hope all are well, the 5:2ers are doing well, and that all who've had a hard time recently are turning the corner.

I've currently lost 3KG and have done 5 Fast days so far. I have also cycled 70K.

My belt has gone down one size. I'm not as hungry on my fat days (although I have just eaten bacon, mushies and egg sandwich - I did it on a brown roll though!)

In other news, DS1 has got counselling. She wants to do 1to1 because she believes he has some serious issues. DS2 is going to group sessions. Our parenting course finishes in 3 weeks and it's been very good. We've had tears and tantrums but all is progressing.

At work I've finally submitted my application to become a Chartered Engineer. I've also surpassed all my targets for this year (a bit worrying when I can do it all in 2 weeks - as has just been proven - put I've had the work for a year!)

Please PM me if you ever need me urgently or just want to say hi as I'm so rarely on the site these days. EVenings I now spend with the family or on Dads club work.

PS - The downstairs toilet is finished!
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
