    Evening mad squad,

Just to say after my earlier fail with the fizzers scanning at full price (87p - I just bought them as I didn't want to raise my profile with the ss trout) I found some in another store scanning at 1p and also managed to get a few of the wine gums too.
    Revenge is mine. Muhuhuha.:D
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

Result vs T still some more minutes to wait.

I did well on that pineapple though. Another two stories - to add to the one I mentioned earlier about the couple in Morries deciding which Yorkshire Puds to go for - and getting the Aunt Bessie ones at £1.60-odd:eek: (you know, the 6pk that we were comparing at Avs M's 82p the week before:)).

This week's Morries collection (last Wednesday) - saw a man saying 'I'll have those' - and picking up 24 pack of Jaffa cakes at £2.18:eek::eek:. They were £1 recently. Can't believe that people do buy them at the £2.18 (£2.19?) price - but obviously they do.

And in A today, actually when doing my vs T shop after I'd finished with the vS one, went past the Fresh Tastes pineapple packs - and saw someone (presumably with his partner), if'ing and ah'ing about whether to get one pack or two. £2.00 for one or any 2 for £3.00. In the end, I saw him put two in the trolley and walk off.

Only needed one:T. They are comparing vs £1 in Sains. (I think Sains are actually the loose pineapples but these packs being compared - shows N/A for Sains logged in for me but £1.00 logged out.) Just the one pack:j:j, having sadly failed to find a trigger within that 2 for £3 offer.

Very illuminating as to what you would buy - and think best to buy - on seeing the offers available in the store. In fact you should be looking at the rival's prices behind those, as the deal vs that is far better. And doesn't leave me with two pineapple packs, one of them going past expiry and having to be chucked out before I get to it:money:.

Of course the people getting '2 for £3' won't be checking their receipts on the APG afterwards I suspect!

Watching a bit of Glastonbury on bbc3. Hoping to go tommorow for the day with my sis. DD is working for a free ticket but comes home to her bed at night. She went off this morning looking a million dollars in a lovely lace top she got from China on EBay and a lovely floral coronet in her hair. She is feeling a lot better and I have got her on a tonic to help build her up. I found a lovely print of pic taken of her when she was about 8. Think I might get a frame for it tommorow.

If I keep talking long enough, it'll come round to receipt entry time...

    :j:j:j
    Yes!!:j:j:D

    Savvy's got a new glitch!:D:rotfl::rotfl: Versus T.

It's the kids snack packs (5 for £2 in A) - don't know if you need the exact combo I bought this afternoon - but not picking up A multibuy despite all of them appearing on the comparison. Couldn't find the elusive Apple & Raisin pack that seemed to have a bit of an 'issue' about it on msm (that's if it was on msm;)), so picked up some others apart from the ones comparing against T. (I think - ignoring the ones that have compared vs T - all the others in the 5 for £2 offer should be N/A vs T, although I'd check carefully with the Red Grape pack as that one may compare to more expensive at T, if you've not then bought a total of 3 that compare.)

Took up the 5 for £2.00 multi - and also left exactly three comparable vs T to compare on their 3 for £1 offer as well!:rotfl::)
Herb Potatoes (just about!) still working:cool::).

Oreo Cookies going - nah, gone:D - for Top cashback. Using my N/As as well (not just the kids' multi.) - the Round Lettuces are 57p everywhere else I think - so loses money on APG's 10%. However, T's 57p lettuce is T Eday Value, so it's non-comp.!:D:T:T:):rotfl: [Correction: the Round Lettuces are now 60p in Sains and Waities:eek:.]

(For Morries comp folks, I'll check those S/P peas in a moment to see if they're comparing to M. T's version are 900g, so adjusted for weight, Morries are also 900g but didn't compare vs Morries last time, a few months ago.)

    Why £2.07?
