morning all, have not had any 1p items locally lately, the localish T seem to be on the ball , same as dtd on meat a no go.
keep missing a day then trying do a catch up so always seem to be behind on here.
managed to get some cheap laundry from A yesterday tho but only 6 packs that wont keep me going for long so on the look out today for more

Another 4 1/2lbs off just the incentive needed to keep going.

Good morning, still raining here. It was my first 5:2 weigh in yesterday and I lost 4lb. Really, really chuffed. Trying to persuade my husband to join in now!
