Just been on the phone to my sis, postive thoughts needed please she has found a lump:(, been docs and awaiting a mamogram appointment.
She gets married 10th August too

    Positive vibes.

Remember 90% of lumps are nothing to worry about.

Hope she gets an appointment quickly.

I also did that Body Shop lip balm thing today. The young female SA said to me "if you spend £5, you a free loyalty card where you save 10% each time you buy something". So I picked up some further items totalling £6 and took them to the till. A young male SA served me and didn't charge me the £6 so I got the whole lot for free. He then told me to fill a form and as it is my birthday month, he told me I could pick something for £5 and get it for free as it was my birthday present.

So I went in with a lip balm voucher, and I came out with £11 worth of goodies, a lip balm and a loyalty card. All for free. Woohoo!

Have to say, smart price instant mash isn't as bad as I thought it would be- once I'd added salt and pepper :rotfl:

Are these marked as 32p or do u have to scan them to check. No scanner at my local express :o

In my local express there was no sel at all but scanned at 32p

Work took me to edinburgh today and there was a 32p sel in front of 10 bottles in a store first thing. All 10 bottles were still there at 5pm so i bought them and carried them home in the outsr box. :o

i must have looked like a rep or door to door salesman :rotfl:
