:wave:good afternoon...

Well after looking dark and gloomy most of the morning it has finally decided to rain...got my bedding dry in the wind though so that's a bonus:T
Just wish the sunshine would come back...who's borrowed it?

Just had a mooch around the garden....

My DD has pea pods on her plant:T she's most impressed. It's the first time we've grown peas and she's done these all by herself... (she can't wait to eat them:)

Strawberries are looking good this year...just have to keep away those pesky slugs:eek:


I also appear to have lettuce plants with a flower on ! Most peculiar...I was leaving them to grow leaves a bit bigger than the tip of my thumb:rotfl: but now I have yellow flowers on one and white on another!

Raspberry bush has a little group of raspberries...bought it from the pound shop last year and we has 2 raspberries from it....hoping for a few more this year

Blackberry bush has some promising fruit appearing...:j

Just goes to show that even in a small garden fruit and vegetables can prosper...and the taste and satisfaction from growing your own is a great reward..my dd loves it. Last year when the blackberries were ready she'd go into the garden every day after school to check and pick which were ready one day we picked around 200:T that was our record:rotfl:

Well enough rambling from me..time to do something productive again
