anybody confirmed the Dove as still working today plse with HE?
Not sure if its still any good but did shop today at 3pm and it worked fine :) Together with new potatoes (quite good but wouldnt pay £1 if I have to).

No 1p stuff in T, empty shelf of right tictacs, found photo keyring and magnet (bit late) and they scanned 2.97 and 0.90:eek::eek::mad:

Heard on 10ways Thorntons chocs scanning now £3, shall check next time Im near T as it had loads last time.

Good night, hope more new 1p stuff will be found, we deserve that!

    Evening all

Strange request but trying to find New York newspaper online that has Dating adverts.
You know 'would like to meet' type thing.
    Its for an art project.
I can get hold of ads in british papers and so thought this would be easy to find but causing problems.
My WH Smiths has every nationality of paper but not american ones. It has an international paper but I reall need american, preferably new york.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
    TIA

. I do think a chaise lounge is a good description of you though. Stylish yet comfortable and laid back :)

I am not sure. The New Yorker has a dating section but to access it I need a zipcode (suppose could make one up) to access.
They still have them in papers over here.
Tried craigs list but not what I want.
Its for a project called Bright Lights Date City.

Will keep searching. In london friday so might have more luck getting a newspaper.

I don't know where you are, but in central London you can buy US newspapers in little local shops (particularly around Shaftsbury Avenue/Leicester Square area & Kings Cross). If not try Craigslist it has an online dating section. Alternatively I would look on Ebay to buy old papers.

    Evening all

Emma and I saw This is the End earlier then did a bit of 1p hunting. Managed to find about 8 things including Fizzers. Have quite a stash now of penny sweets so thinking about making giant chocolate cupcake piñatas and filling them for birthday presents. I wish more baking items were reduced!

    Thanks

I have in my mind how I need it to look to fit. Might retype some of the craigs list lonely hearts and use that.
