It's on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincs
I got my tic tacs in a superstore

Keep going hun, just chip away a little at a time :T You WILL get there
I used to think I was always going to be big. I would diet, lose around a stone, plateau and give up
The only thing that was different when I finally got to my target (lost 3 and a half stone before I had DS1) was that I stuck at it.
It's easy at the start when you see big numbers but i'd get disheartened when I thought I'd been good and only lost 1 lb. But as David. said, they do soon add up. After a few weeks of big losses then 1-2lb per week it still only took me 7/8 months and I looked and felt completely different (Size 18 to comfy size 12)
It's not nice having to start all over again, but this time I KNOW I can do it and it's more important than ever that I do for my health.
What I always do though is plot a graph to track my weight loss and stick it up in the kitchen. I find it a great motivator
Thanx Logie.
Loving your pic of your hair btw, very Jessie J
