No jelly beans but have managed to find the fizzes marked at 1p on a clipstrip in my local store.

All 11 packs found their way home in my daughters bag when I picked her up from work (at tosco!!!)

    Evening mad squad,

In sada, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and spring onions(bunch) are all 50p, I got these along with some cherry tomatoes on Sunday and made a large box of salad ready to grab and throw into a smaller (lunch size) container to take with me to work each day.

I added a tin of tuna yesterday and a handful of wafer thin ham today. Quick, easy, healthy, filling, MSE friendly, 5:2 friendly and low calorie. I ate some mid morning for a snack today and then the rest for lunch. I know if might seem boring but decided just to have the same again for tea (dinner), I ate an apple mid afternoon for a snack and I've drunk 2 and a half litres of water today. I figure I've had under 400 cals today and I'm feeling full and have found it easy. A cup of tea and a couple of biccys later before bed = sorted. :)

Fast days Tuesday and Thursdays, weight loss so far 5lb :T

Over the past week I have also halved a chicken curry, boiled rice and portion of chips from the chinese take away with mrs99p and went to an Indian buffet and stuffed my face.

If I can lose weight so can you!

    Good luck all 5:2ers!!
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

All the sweetie stuff is brilliant if you have children's party bags to fill. The dates will be well in advance.

Good luck to all of you with little peeps:)
