It's my second fast day tomorrow, and I'm prepared with my big pot of homemade veg soup, low cal jelly, options sachets and low cal cup a soup thingys from Waitys. Please wish me the strength to resist all the naughty things in my stash.:o

Worth noting for the dieters that A's have reduced all their Kraft light salad dressings to 50p. Most are around 15 cals per tablespoon, and make a real difference to your mountain of salad leaves.

Back late from a productive whoopsie shop.
Managed a few Tic Tacs, not as many as zippy though:p;). DH put the whoopsie shop through on a manned till, while I scanned like a demon on the ss till and chucked a handful of coppers into the cash payment thingy, to pay before the lurking sa could intercept:D.

Picked up a Tefal posh looking toaster in A's, reduced to £13. DS2 is delighted as he said the old one, a very old one, was rubbish.

Did a quick trip to B&Q to pick up tiles, adhesive, paint etc to finish off the utility room, as the nice new cupboards made it look tatty and tired. Used the code from the B&Q club to get 15% discount.
Worth noting that the Dulux 2.5 litre tubs of the 'Hint of' range, such as jade white, blossom white etc are £18.75 each or 2 4 £25.

Well, that's me done for tonight. Everyone else here is in bed asleep, so time for me to say goodnight.

As Calm Spirit says - takes me ages to catch up and then when I have forget what I wanted to say...:o

I've been busy with ferrying scouts to caving this weekend and helping out getting all Yr6s in costume and make up for their end of term production. 2 more shows tomorrow (afternoon and evening) and one on Weds. Hopefully some normality will return then. Done no shopping for a week - freezer needs emptying.

Coped with 5:2 so hopefully will keep it up this week - one day down already. Sending positive vibes to all those fasting Tues. xx
