Hi logie how are you feeling, it was great seeing your picture, your hair looks fab. Your strength is amazing.

Thanks streetlights :) I'm feeling fine :) Bit odd that you literally feel nothing when it is happening. Drs seem to think I won't feel any side effects for at least a week so all good for now :D

    Thought this was funny.
A man escapes from a prison where he’s been locked up for 15 years
He breaks into a house and inside, he finds a young couple in bed.
He ties him to a chair. While tying the wife to the bed, the convict gets on top of her, kisses her neck, then gets up and goes into the bathroom.

While he’s in there, the husband whispers over to his wife,
“Listen, this guy is an escaped convict. Look at his clothes! He’s probably spent a lot of time in jail and hasn't seen a woman in years.

I saw how he kissed your neck. If he wants sex, don’t resist, don’t complain. Do whatever he tells you. Satisfy him no matter how much he nauseates you. This guy is obviously very dangerous. If he gets angry, he’ll kill us both. Be strong, honey. I love you!”

She responds: “He wasn't kissing my neck. He was whispering in my ear. He told me that he’s gay, thinks you’re cute, and asked if we had any Vaseline. I told him it was in the bathroom. Be strong honey. I love you, too.”:rotfl:

I think because I already lost a big chunk of my final target it will be much harder and slower now anyway.
Like you say a loss is still a loss :j
I'll be jumping for joy if I can just initially get down to 13 st something :)

Keep going hun, just chip away a little at a time :T You WILL get there :D

I used to think I was always going to be big. I would diet, lose around a stone, plateau and give up :o

The only thing that was different when I finally got to my target (lost 3 and a half stone before I had DS1) was that I stuck at it.
It's easy at the start when you see big numbers but i'd get disheartened when I thought I'd been good and only lost 1 lb. But as David. said, they do soon add up. After a few weeks of big losses then 1-2lb per week it still only took me 7/8 months and I looked and felt completely different (Size 18 to comfy size 12)

It's not nice having to start all over again, but this time I KNOW I can do it and it's more important than ever that I do for my health.

What I always do though is plot a graph to track my weight loss and stick it up in the kitchen. I find it a great motivator :D
