Yesterday was my 3rd fast day for the week. I THINK I have lost a small amount of weight but my weigh in is tonight so I won't know for sure until then.
I'm still finding that I need to widdle at least 3 times per night and, apart from that I am also noticing an erratic sleep pattern. Not only am I waking up needing the loo, I am also finding it hard to go back to sleep and am waking up really early - around 6am or earlier. I reckon I am getting about 2 hours less sleep than normal for me - but I don't feel any different , if anything I am more alert! My hands and feet are feeling the cold more - that may be the weather though.ELITE 5:2

Morning mad squad, hope all is well.
Been skipping and occasionally lurking over past few days, got a couple of kitchen rolls, don't know if I've missed anything.
Completed my two fast days without too much difficulty, Tuesdays and Thursdays for me, weighed myself Tuesday evening and then again last night and weight (see what I did there) for it.........

:eek:
Well chuffed.
I've ate more fruit in the past week than I have all year and really enjoying it, also drunk plenty water on both days.
Good luck to all the 5:2ers.I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0 -
Off shopping soon. We need low fat yoghurts & was wondering what everyone is buying as none look like they are glitching at the moment. Have gotten used to paying 10p (ish) each from glitches & really do not want to pay 40p.
Thanks,0 -

TM, I'm getting offended.:rotfl::rotfl:
Seeing how you've bought the subject up, have you popped your cherry on DTD yet? There's plenty of your subject matter around that is mispriced.0 -
