    Morning all

Early one for me this morning on a Saturday my DS1 on D of E today coach leaves from school at 8.30. Need to cook him a fry up first to see him on his way.
The 500g marmite have gone RTC to £2.22 instead of nearly£5. My store all gone but you might be luckier, in mr T 's.
My local asda only stocks 4 roll kitchen roll and July mag not out yet in the store:(.
I have weighed myself after my mon/we'd/fri fast and 7lb lighter. I notice that on fast days I am not starving anymore and non fast days I feel fuller faster. Long may it continue. I also don't feel so sluggish, less sugar intake I think! I am an emotion eater upset reach for the chocolate.

Anyway thank you for the support on here it has been amazing this week. long may our new eating plan continue.

    Morning everyone :)

Having a very quick catch-up before I head off to the mountains for a week of much needed R & R
    Meeeeee :)

I'm always awake at this time, might not post but still around.

Off to catch a bus soon

Going by what was posted yesterday, regarding the multibuys then I suspect fortnightly on a Thursday into Fri is a good opportunity as myS seem to be out of sync. Still like a needle in a haystack though finding the offers that finish, start or are extended... :(

Westie - hope you have a fab trip :)

Method I use is to load my A.com basket with existing multibuys and those items not currently on multibuy but known to glitch from time to time. Check basket prices and then choose a delivery slot say in 3 weeks time. Offers ending and new offers will flag. Also, with a long dated delivery slot selected, if you browse the site you can see planned future offers if they will be available for your chosen date.

For example, I have herbal essence in my basket, and the price has changed. Not entirely sure when as I haven't been online much for a while, but I suspect very recently.

A.com is showing £3.78 each, 2 for £4, but for me there is no A offer showing on msm, but they are £1.89 at T and bogof at S. If it is a goer, think 2 x big HEs for 3p :)

    Laters xx

    Urghhhh morning everyone.
I've had a proper pants night sleep. I had to get up at 2.20am to say goodbye to my long term student. I managed to climb back in bed for 2.55am only to be woken at 3.45am by ds wanting a wee. Shatter.com today.
Off for a quick catch up. Back in a bit x

    Morning

Asbo has been trying to get me up for an hour, just so she can go and sit on the back fence and look for presents for me. Guess you could say she's gone shopping :rotfl:
