David. You can't trust the ladies on here, Mildred has still not returned my favourite pair of undercrackers that she 'forgot' to include in my last ironing parcel!

Hi again - the rest of my family were screaming for some frozen veg., so I had to go and get them. Back now from A.

Purely coincidental as I had mentioned Heron Foods frozen veg on here earlier today. (It turns out the frozen carrots and the frozen mushy peas, are very slightly cheaper, per kg, at Heron Foods if you have one within walking distance of you. 80p on each for 907g (equates to about 88.2p/kg). But I suspect many more will have access to Sada - and 90p for 1kg (10% off a rival's £1) isn't too far off.) We needed the sprouts and mixed veg. however - and there it's Avs whoever is £1.00 (given that Morries have sadly stopped stocking the 1kg Savers Sprouts it seems).

    Anyroad -

thanks Patty:A for the Muller Rice tip-off. It worked - charged £3.88 x2 but SEL in the store still said '2 for £5', so refunded and given a GC (despite them 'no longer doing gift cards' according to the other store I was in last time I got overcharged). So already managed to get these 2x 6pk Muller Rice down to 2 for £3 - now I'm hoping it goes vs M at £1.94 each and takes it down to subzero. It might go 2 for £5 on the APG though, although: I paid £3.88 x2 so it should compare from that??? (No answer needed!)

PetuliaGristle - :A thanks; I didn't know you trawled my lists before your shopping:o. Keep trawling away!!:D

Back to tonight's shop (I thought it was going to be tomorrow but had to go as a semi-'emergency' - fortunately, as I now had to get frozen veg., I was already doing one of the right comparisons). My 'big glitch' shop vs M. Hopefully there will be 2 triggers, 1 m'buy glitch, one item that compares when it perhaps shouldn't, another item that compares to a lower price than it is, and the Mullers comparing from £3.88x2. So hopefully there might be five or six glitches in the single shop!:) (The 'doubt' over the number, whether it's 5 or 6, being because Muller comparison from £3.88x2 is arguably correct and not a glitch at all.)

As of half an hour ago it was looking good on one of the combos - I think I may have a trigger (that's not been mentioned on here before) to one of the multis, and it's a new item so it may be good! Drumroll:eek::eek: - (checks MSM now), yes still one of the several items not on the site. As it's still potentially all to go wrong, they'll be more details later!

I may have guessed as to what may compare vs Ms, and probably should have asked and waited as someone could have told me all along it was N/A when I was unsavvily buying it (nearly wrote un-Savile there - (well, I am un-Savile, it's Savile I don't want)) - but, as some guesses can be educated guesses, mine is - with luck - a shop of educated glitches.

    We wait and see...
Receipt result due at around a quarter past midnight:eek: (I never am fond of it when it goes past the witching hour, ...but probably should be quite okay though as I doubt it all changes bang on the stroke of 12 o'clock.)

Luck wished for and fingers crossed!:) [This will be a very good shop for those who can compare vs M, if it works and continues to do so.]
